Toks.ai (toksai.co.uk) turns a product URL into short-form ad hooks, UGC scripts, objection angles, captions and shot lists. By using this website, the free creative pack, Hook Battle, or by buying Pack+, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Who We Are

Toks.ai is a brand operated by GLX Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (United States).

Registered address: 1309 Coffeen Avenue STE 1200, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA.

GLX Technologies LLC is the seller and merchant of record for everything sold on this site. The .co.uk domain is a brand name, not a claim about where the company is established.

2. What the Site Offers

• The free creative pack. You submit a product URL and an email address; we generate hooks, a creative brief and supporting angles and send them back. Free, no account.
• Hook Battle. A free interactive tool that ranks hooks against each other. No purchase required.
• Guides. Free written material about short-form ad creative.
• Pack+. The paid extras tier described in section 4.

Creative output is generated with the help of automated systems and is a starting point for your own testing and judgement, not advertising, legal or compliance advice. You are responsible for what you publish, for the claims you make about your own product, and for the advertising rules of the platforms you publish on.

3. Acceptable Use

Submit only product URLs you are entitled to use. Do not use the site to generate material that is unlawful, that infringes someone else’s rights, or that impersonates another business. We may decline or withdraw a request, and we may stop serving an abusive or automated caller.

4. Pack+ — Purchase, Delivery and Refunds

4.1 What Pack+ is

Pack+ is a one-off digital purchase of £24 GBP, tax inclusive. It is not a subscription, it does not renew, and it does not create an account. It contains:

• three extra hook angles, each with its own short-form script and caption;
• a shot list for each winning hook;
• one revision round, available for 14 days after purchase;
• a fresh eight-hook set for the same product 30 days after purchase.

4.2 How you pay

Payment is taken by Stripe on a checkout page embedded in this site. Your card details are entered into Stripe’s own form and never reach Toks.ai. The charge is made by GLX Technologies LLC and appears on your statement as GLX* TOKS AI. Your order number is issued in the form TOKS-0001.

4.3 Delivery

Pack+ is digital and is delivered immediately. Once Stripe confirms your payment, your extras are generated and shown on the confirmation page within seconds; keep the tab open. Your order number appears on that page. If generation does not complete, email [email protected] with your order number and we will deliver it or refund you.

4.4 Right to cancel and refunds

Pack+ is digital content supplied immediately at your request. Where you have a statutory right to cancel a distance purchase — for example the 14-day right under UK consumer law — you agree that supply begins as soon as you complete checkout, and you acknowledge that this right is lost once supply has begun. That is what the immediate delivery in section 4.3 means.

Independently of that, and because we would rather have a happy buyer than £24:

• Not delivered? Full refund. Email us with your order number.
• Delivered but it misses? Use the revision round first — tell us what missed within 14 days at [email protected] or on the revision page linked from your confirmation, and we regenerate the extras around your note. If the revised pack is still not usable, we refund you in full.
• Charged twice, or charged for a pack you did not order? Full refund, no questions.

Refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within five business days of us agreeing to one. Nothing in this section removes any protection you are entitled to under mandatory consumer law where you live.

5. Intellectual Property

The hooks, scripts, captions and shot lists we deliver to you are yours to use commercially, including in paid advertising, with no attribution required. The site itself — its design, code, guides and the Hook Battle tool — belongs to GLX Technologies LLC and is protected by copyright.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

We rely on third parties to run this site, including Stripe for payments and our own hosting and automation infrastructure. Links to third-party sites (including retailers and social platforms) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.

7. No Warranty

The site and its output are provided “as is”. We make no warranty that a hook will perform, that a campaign will convert, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLX Technologies LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit, revenue or advertising spend, arising from your use of this site or its output. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Privacy

Your use of this site is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time; changes take effect when posted here. The terms that apply to a purchase are the ones published when you bought.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the federal laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, USA. Nothing in this clause removes any protection you are entitled to under mandatory consumer law where you live.
